Spingranny Responsible Gambling
Gambling is entertainment. This page sets out the tools available to you on Spingranny, the external organisations you can contact for independent support, and how to reach us directly. Spingranny operates under a licence issued by the Gaming Board of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros (licence ALSI-202408027-FI2, held by Ceshiroza SRL).
Our commitment
Spingranny operates under the licence of the Gaming Board of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, and applies player protection measures as a condition of that authorisation. Minimum age is 19 in most provinces (18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec), enforced at registration and verifiable by document request at any time. Our self-exclusion, deposit limits, and gambling limits are available directly from your account without contacting support.
Tools available
The following controls are built into your account and take effect without delay.
- Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap from the personal settings section of the cashier. Reductions apply immediately; increases take a cooling period before they activate.
- Loss limits: restrict how much you can lose over a set period, configurable from the Gambling Limits section of your account.
- Access-period limits: restrict how long you can access your account within a given period, also set in Gambling Limits.
- Cool-off periods: take a defined break from play without closing your account permanently.
- Self-exclusion: found in the Self-Exclusion section of your profile. Triggering it closes and blocks your account immediately, with no support step required. After exclusion, we will make reasonable efforts to prevent new accounts being opened under your details.
Note that deposit limits cannot currently be enforced on cryptocurrency deposits. If you use crypto and want a hard spending cap, self-exclusion is the more reliable control.
Signs to watch for
These patterns can indicate that gambling has moved outside its intended role.
- Chasing losses by placing further bets to recover money already lost
- Spending more time or money gambling than you planned before a session
- Gambling affecting time with family, friends, or work
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
- Feeling restless, irritable, or preoccupied when not gambling
- Hiding gambling activity from people close to you
